Session Summary

- 🎠Characters
Vincent Dawnstrike – Half-elf artificer, tactician, and quick-thinking sharpshooter.
Wilfred Stump – Human druid, earnest and a little confused, now bound by a bureaucratic devil’s pact.
Mandrake “Manny” Green – Sorcerer raised by a hag, youthful and powerful, wielding Bone Spurs and dark magic.
🧠Major Events
Devil’s Bargain – A rain-slicked road encounter where a demon demanded souls or gold. Wilfred made a pact to retrieve a chalice, though the party largely dismissed it as a sidequest.
Troll Ambush – A disguised troll attempted to fool the party; Vincent saw through it. A coordinated battle followed with fire magic, crucial shots, and swift victory.
Loot Acquired – Chest of 58 gp and 18 gold rings found in the troll’s wagon.
Arrival at Crooked Crossroads – A city of magical chaos and architectural nonsense. A neutral, strange, and enticing crossroads for four kingdoms.
The Stolen Stocking Tavern – A magical, ever-expanding inn where drinks changed flavor mid-pour and rooms reshaped themselves.
Thomas Briggs & The Guild of Unwise Journeys – A suspiciously cheerful gnome offered three missions, each strange and dangerous. Party selected the bridge bones.
Supplies & Lodging – Healing potions secured at a discount, rooms booked for the night.
🧠Narrative Threads
Wilfred’s Pact – No known immediate effects yet, but surely a devil’s favor comes with fine print.
Manny’s Origins – Hinted background as a firstborn promised to a hag, powerful magic and a web of lies still to unfold.
Rose Thorne – Present in the city but not involved directly this session; she lurks on the narrative’s edge.
The Crooked Crossroads – A living, shifting city with secrets in every sideways glance.
🧪 Next Steps
Investigate the mysterious human bones under a bridge.
Continue exploring the magical underbelly of the Crossroads.
Prepare for fallout from Wilfred’s infernal contract.
At the fractured heart of a world teetering between empires and ambition lies the Crooked Crossroads, a city so warped by magic and mystery that not even its doorframes could manage a straight line. Here, adventurers thrive like weeds in cracked stone, and three such sprigs—Wilfred Stump, Vincent Dawnstrike, and Mandrake “Manny” Green—set forth on a journey as crooked as the streets themselves.
Their tale began not with a grand hall or a whispered prophecy, but with a fallen tree, planted inconveniently by a devilish solicitor beneath thunderous skies. The demon, all fire and fine print, demanded an exorbitant toll: gold or souls. With a smile as thin as old parchment, he offered a third option—a chalice he claimed had been stolen, one he was bound never to touch again. Ever the pragmatist, Wilfred signed the pact. It burned. Not metaphorically. His arm smoked like old birch struck by lightning.
Their next delay came disguised as mercy. A broken wagon. A young man in need. But Vincent’s artificer’s eye saw through the glamour—beneath the guise lurked a troll with green skin and eyes like coal pits. Battle commenced, fire flared, and Manny’s magic licked like snakes through the sodden night. Vincent landed a surgical shot straight through the creature’s eye, while Wilfred conjured blazing spheres and druidic wrath. The troll fell with a sound like wet stone breaking.
Their prize? A chest fat with gold and rings pilfered from less fortunate travelers, and the confidence of a party who’d earned their scars.
But the real prize was The Crooked Crossroads itself.
They arrived like pilgrims to a madhouse: buildings twisted with whimsy, and every gutter humming with sorcery. Within its warped heart stood The Stolen Stocking, a tavern where every door led somewhere new and ale emerged from the same tap in infinite forms. Time bent like bread dough, and space expanded to match each drinker’s ego. Here, they met Thomas Briggs, a gnome whose smile was too big and teeth too many. He represented the Guild of Unwise Journeys, and offered three delectable disasters:
- Bones under a bridge.
- Scarecrows dancing beneath the moon.
- A cursed painting swallowing townsfolk.
The party chose the bones, because dead things under bridges always lead to grand tales or ignoble deaths—both solid adventuring outcomes.
They haggled for healing potions (Wilfred eyeing them like a man who’d just sold his soul), secured rooms with coin still warm from the troll’s hoard, and stepped into a world of wild wine, shifting shadows, and quests queued like unpaid debts.
The Crossroads had opened her arms—and as always, she’d either embrace or consume them.
Transcript
The Kirkhead Crossroads is at the four corners of four competing nations. There’s Ibang towards the northwest, Mara towards the northeast, Droidek towards the southeast, and Golbang towards the southwest. Each of these have one major city that is their capital that are named after the way their last rulers died. Ibang has speared MacGregor. It is a mountain city that sits alongside the coast. Then there’s Gordon’s Fall, a city of Mara. It is known for its vast trade and often having ships coming in and out of port. Droidek, there’s Alzdair Lost, a magical city filled with students and those seeking to develop new magic. And Drowning Wallace, a dark and mysterious city, often shrouded by fog and rumored to be infested with vampires. Currently, the group is on their way to the Crooked Crossroads. You should be able to scroll through the mouse wheel and right-click and drag to move the map around. It’s very slow for me. I can’t hear you properly. I’m gonna turn down the bitrate in the channel. That’ll worsen our audio quality a bit, make it easier for those with a slow connection. Yeah, there’s a lot of handy features for doing that in Discord. Let me know if you need anything to be adjusted for those sorts of things. You have all been coming to the Crooked Rock Crossroads to seek out adventure. You receive summons for a new quest. Someone has been seeking out a rare artifact in the north. Up in Abang, near Aberfeldi, there is rumored to be a dungeon which was once inhabited by cultists who have left behind an artifact of great power. You have been enlisted to go seek out that artifact and return it to the Crooked Crossroads. But as you are on the road, it is dark and rainy. There’s a lot of problems with the sound for me. I can hear about half the thing. I think the sound is delayed. Let’s see what we can do about that. Hi, Prayer. Feels like the thing I say, you answer like several seconds later. Okay, let’s try to address that as we can right now. Should I log up and log in again? Yes, let’s try that first. I do it also in the Discord channel. Can I log up from the adventure as well? Yes. I think that might be it. We’re gonna try stopping that. Can you hear me? Yes, I can hear you. Hold so much quicker. Oh, that’s good. That’s good, yeah. Yeah, I also adjusted the audio settings on the Discord while you were off, real quick. Okay, let’s see if it works better this time. Yeah. How’s the music working for you in the adventure? I paused that for now. Well, as you are traveling back to the Crooked Crossroads, it is dark in the night and it is raining heavily. The air is filled with the scent of falling rain and spring leaves. And there is a tree falling across the road. As you approach, you see a figure sitting upon it. This looks like an ambush. I tell Manny and Wilfrid. You get a sense of what it is like omnis. It looks devilish with large horns and wings spreading out from behind it. In the distance, it is still but a shadow, but it is menacing. Let’s proceed with caution. I think so too. You should be able to click on your character and drag it to move it where you want to go. I’m still through the program. I’m sorry. That’s all. In the falling rain, you hear things moving around in the leaves to the right and the left of the road. Disturbed by whatever’s in the middle of the road, the animals of the area are restless. Can I do a section check to see if I see any other junoids right here? Yes. We approach the person, probably. You don’t notice anything else. Through the pouring rain, it’s hard to make out anything around you. We’ll probably find another way of wood. Excuse me, what did you say? Are you going to try to talk to the creature in the road? I have a hard time hearing Manny. I’m sorry. It feels like my the voice is slowing down again. It’s because we are going to program. I’m so sorry.
No problem. We can look at that. Yeah. Alright, I’ve turned off the rain to make this scene a little less intensive. Um, Manny, can you hear me? I hear like half of what she says. I’ve your audio is really choppy. Yeah, I can’t. You’ve got like a ten-second delay. Um, Manny, can you try logging off Discord and logging back on to reset the connection? Hmm. Um, I make it should just level up and mid-something. I think she can hear us fine, but it’s her audio coming through that’s a problem. Yeah. Oh, I thought it was just me because of the program. Let’s see. This is not really how I wanted my first honest dragons. Yeah, I’m sorry about that. Sometimes we run into issues when we have people from multiple time zones. Yeah, I understand. Is my audio better then? It seems to be better. Okay. We’ll see if that walks on the speaker. Yep, I am. I think so. For now. Alright, as you’re seeing the figures standing, you see the outline of their shadow. I’m sending that in the Discord. It is menacing and devilish. Their eyes glow with an infernal fire as you approach. I got a bad feeling, guys. Yeah. Same. We make ourselves known. You know, probably knows we’re here. Yeah, he knows we’re stands waiting patiently for you to make a move. I move a little bit closer to saying, We mean you no harm. Please want to pass. Looking down as bits of fire spew from his mouth as he speaks, he says, Give me payment and you may pass. What kind of payment? Coin, souls, or flesh. I will accept five hundred gold per traveler. You don’t have that much. Then perhaps a soul. You’re not getting my phone. The soul of a small creature. I need the souls of the travelers if they want to pass. He glares down at you, his eyes burning, and he takes a step forward. Yank, can you hear? Hey, you there? You guys hear Manny? I can’t hear me. Am I supposed to see my own to the right? I can see Vincent. Okay, I don’t know why my system seems so strange today. It’s alright, we all have occasional tech issues. My busted, busted old companion is just not happy. Do you have any solution for the problem we’re facing? The devil steps forward again. Oh, no, I’m gonna try to pop my situations like this, but I might not wanna go with it. I don’t need that. He takes another step forward. Maybe the crossroad isn’t that interesting. Let’s go the other way. I’m sure there’ll be other jobs, right? I’ll kind of call out, but I wish something else we can offer you. Some sort of people. Something we can do instead. I’m sure there’s not something else we can get at you that you need. Takes another step forward, holding his hands behind his back, and he says, Maybe you can do her. There is something I need. There is a chalice that was stolen from me. Oh. It’s within a magical chest in the crooked crossroads. If you can’t get this. No, I am bound by a deal. I cannot get it myself. They tricked me. If we can’t get it, what are the consequences? Oh, death, pain, suffering, maybe a little anguish. Who has it? Some ruthless adventurers intent on stirring up the dead. Oh dear, and what do you have plans? What are your plans for it once returned to you its rightful owner? I am going to take it back to my plane, where it originated and where it belongs. Unless you believe it belongs in mortal hands. It seems mutually beneficial, then. And I am not unreasonable. I can offer payment. However, the chest is magically sealed, so I’ll need you to take the whole thing. How big is the chest? Just hold the cup, it should be that big. Not large at all, he gestures his hands. About the width of his chest, and only a little ways tall. You will be able to carry it easily, any one of you. Are the guys that took this dangerous? Yes, very. They have already killed more than I can count. And a business. Just recently, they killed the innocent keeper of a bridge. They burned down a stable. They defiled.
The temple. Oh dear, can I get it? Would you like to roll inside? I would. I have I have a problem hearing Manny still. Are you guys experiencing the same? It goes in and out. How do I roll in this? How do I do that? Yeah. You’re going to double-click on your character and it will pull up your character sheet. Yes. Now, on that, there should be a list of skills, and there are going to be some tabs on the right where you can go through different parts of your character sheet. Oh, yeah. We’re going to get D and D beyond this middle. You can click on skills. Should we roll inside? Yes. Oh. Vincent Manny, you don’t seem to have much of an idea if he’s telling the truth, but Wilfrid, you can tell that he hasn’t spoken a single lie since he began talking to you. Now, whether those are convenient truths or not, you’re not certain. But it does seem to be that he might be bending things a bit to favor himself. Exactly, has a group or a name? He looks stored at the Adventurers Guild. It’s called the Guild of Unwise Journeys. They have it stored away where I cannot get to it. You let us pass so we can get it for you. I hope so very important. Maybe. Will you make a deal to retrieve it for me? He takes a few more steps forward. What do you guys say? Is there any other option? It’s uh rough options ahead. Takes a few more steps forward and holds out his hand, ready to shake someone’s. Let’s make a deal. He stands waiting, his eyes burning, eager to shake your hand. I’m looking at you guys. I’m trying to get like a nod or something like approval to shake his hand. Yeah, might as well. I don’t see any other way out of this. I’m looking at you, Manny. What do you say? Are you there, Manny? Stop shaking me. I can’t hear anything, she says. Yeah, same. Yeah. What did you say, Vincent? Can you hear Anna? Her. No, I can hear. Looks like Manny is replying in the chat. Okay. I’m still like looking at Manny. Since Vincent, like, did a nod looking at Manny? Yeah, I see. I feel like the options of you very dire. Yeah, so I’m ready to shake the hand. I just need approval, like, a silent approval from my companions. Now, who will shake his hand? Is this better? Yes, I can hear it. Yes. Okay, I switched to Discord being on my phone, which is how I’ve done it in previous Discord games. Hopefully, that’s a bit better than my laptop, but just might not have to be able to handle stuff. Okay, now we can hear you much better. That is, yes. I’m looking at you, Manny. I’m not trying to get a nod of approval. I will give you kind of a big, like, right as well, sure. I don’t. I don’t. Yeah, I’m slowly extending my arm over to the person, like my hand, my right hand, and take his hand. He walks up and grasps your hand, and you feel a burning sensation wrap around your wrist and run up your arm. We have a deal. I will see you the time. And he disappears. Well, hopefully, this wasn’t a mistake. Yeah, let’s continue on. Yeah, do you remember the name we were going? Yes, so you’ll define my journeys or adventures. Yeah, good. Hopefully, we don’t get ourselves in more trouble. Can’t be worse than selling your soul, though. Yeah. Yeah. I hope the guys that has the chest are easy to negotiate with. Yeah. Yeah. Ah, just a series of favors. Yeah. Yeah, let’s hope for that. Yeah. Should we continue forward? Yeah. Yes, but it’s probably good that we take care of this quick. I’m not sure that individual is very patient. As the road winds forward, you find yourselves leaving the trees behind and you see a large sea in the distance. I don’t even know. It looks like a destination at the site, or at least a next stop. Hope there’s no more demons. Yes. As you are traveling along the road, you see a wagon pulled off on the side and a young man sitting in it. There is no horse, however.
Shall we offer aid? Yeah. Does that see any other look around? You see a young human. He looks at you. Tell me, how far to the crossroads? Do we know how far to the crossroads? You don’t. But you could lie. You could deceive him for your own profit. We’re new to this area as well. Really know ourselves. Yes. The road? Yes. Yes. I know this is the road. What happened to your horse? Got eaten by a troll. Hopefully it’s all around. You hear ominous rustling in the bushes. I mean, if your horse was just eaten, then I assume the troll is nearby. Unless your horse got out first, but then how would you know it was eaten by a troll? I don’t know how you’d know it was eaten by a troll. Inside check. Yeah, this individual scene. You should be running in fear. Roll inside. I would also like to insight check. Oh, how did I do it out there? So on your character sheet, just click on your character to pull it up. Under your skills, there will be insight. I’m sorry. So you see it’s beyond, it’ll automatically roll its game. I’ll make it a little easier for you. Are you using it? So double-click on your icon of your character that’s on the map. Yes, so that’s what I got. Yeah. And then under the list of skills, about halfway down, there’s insight. Now you’ll click on that and it will pull up a little table for you to roll it. Why am I doing so good? I’m supposed to be good at like the insight. Annie Wilfred, you just see a young man. But Vincent, you see something dark lurking behind his eyes. His eyes are fully black with no whites. And he has green skin around his neck and his arms underneath his clothing. Are you? I’m just a poor traveler on my way to the crooked crossroads. Ah, you’re something else. Takes a step forward towards you. Oh, nothing, nothing at all. Can you come follow me into the woods and help me find my horse? Got lost. I. Yes, you told us I was eaten by a troll earlier. Your story’s not adding up. He scratches his head and looks back at you. Oh, I mean, it got lost while getting eaten by a troll. My hand is on my pistol. I’m ready for any sudden. Oh, yeah, I’m getting spells at the ready. Begins walking away towards the woods. Just follow me. No, thank you. I kept feel. Can I see that Mandrick? The manner is. Oh, let’s see. Vincent is like nervous. Yes, you can see they are both on edge and ready. Yeah. I think I have to take a step back. Hey, guys, I don’t. I have a bad feeling about this. Me as well. I think we best just keep on moving. As you’re watching. Oh! His flesh melts away and a troll emerges from the skin. Lovely. It looks towards you. You should have just followed me. My pistols outpointed at him. He leaps forward towards Manny. Oh, no. As soon as he does that, I fire. Alright, roll to hit. Roll the and everyone roll initiative. On the right, you’ll be able to click on initiatives. Where can I find that? I’m sorry. Usually I-N-T-P. I-N-I. Uh. Oh, it’s on the floor. Wilfrid, could you share your screen in the Discord and then I’ll tell you where it is? Yes. Well, now I roll high. Alright, so on the top right there, you’ll see two crossed swords. Yes. You’ll click on there, and then next to your name where you see the big die, you’re gonna click on that and it will roll your initiatives. So you, with your initiative roll, that determines what order you go in combat. Since you have an initiative of 14, which is lower than Manny’s 20, but higher than the troll seven, you will go second in combat. Did I hit him, by the way? Yes. You hit the troll with a shot. Roll your damage. You wound it deeply with a shot to the face. It flares at you, one eye missing. Now, everybody roll insight to see what you remember about trolls. Oh, why does Insight hate me today? I have one thing I should have feeling. I just need to catch a fucking cat. You remember that trolls don’t like fire and not much else.
Okay. Do not all of us know that. Yes, you all know that you should use fire against trolls, but you don’t remember anything else that would be helpful. Alice, fire? Yes. Wilfred, you do have a few spells with fire that you can use. Did I end up taking that or no? So, Wilfred, on your character sheet, if you look to the right, there’ll be some tabs on the right side of the screen. Yeah, I’m in spell right now. Okay. And I’m trying to look for something. I’m sorry. So, you have flaming sphere, heat metal. I don’t remember picking any of these. These are all the spells you know as a druid. Okay, I didn’t know that. I just kicked remember picking some when we made a character. So I have no idea what this is. But do flaming work well here. Yes. Okay, then I’m gonna do that. If you know what it does, please do tell because I don’t have to read it all. So, flaming sphere, you create a little ball of fire that burns anyone who’s close to it. And then on your turn, you can move the sphere to be next to someone. Okay, huh? Then I’m gonna do like a summon sphere behind the troll. So spare, second level. And you’re also gonna want to check place summons on the flame sphere. Okay. I think you can see my screen. Yeah. Do I click somewhere, or what do I do now? Now, you’re gonna close on the right, go to the chat box. It’s right up by the. Yeah, there. You’re gonna scroll down, and then you’re gonna put place measure template. Sorry, guys. Can I put it, like, on him, or do I do that? Yeah, you hung it right on him. I think I’m done. No, do I do anything more? You’ll do more when we get back to your turn. Okay. And Manny, what do you do in reaction to the troll? Um, I would like to get myself some space. I might disengage and hop back a little bit to get out of range. Um, just trying to see if I have anything as a good bonus action if I’m disengaging. I don’t think I think at the moment. I think at the moment, yeah, I’m just gonna disengage and hop back a couple feet. Um, then I’ll just be like, you should have just let us go through. So you can still now go on your merry way back to your woods and let us on our merry way. Or we can end this with a bit more fire. The troll looks at you, its jaw hanging open hungrily. I haven’t eaten in days. You’re not going anywhere. Don’t let anyone actually. Alright, Wilfred, we’re on your turn in combat now. Do I do damage with the sphere? The sphere does damage on the troll’s turn. Okay. So what you can do is cast another spell to do damage. Yeah, let’s change. Yeah, I’m gonna do a flame blade. Do I give myself a blade? Can I hit him in the same turn? If I do a flame blade? With flame blade, you use your bonus action to make the blade, and then you make an attack action with-can I attack him or far away? You have to take a step few steps forward, and then you can attack him. So on your turn, you have three things that you can do. You can move, you can do an action, and a bonus action. Okay. So I move first, closer, and then I do the blade. Yes. Oh, I cannot maintain concentration on more effects. Yeah. Just both concentration spells and I just think I’m gonna hit him. What you can do that’s not concentration is primal savagery, which is one of your cantricks. Yes. I’m gonna do that. Then I just click primal savagery and roll. Yes. That’s where I do, like, I get sharper nails and bites it. Yes. Unfortunately, that attack doesn’t hit. You reach out with your sharpened nails and miss. Jesus is quick. Then it’s the troll’s turn. The troll looks down on you and attacks with his long claws. He hits you with an attack, dealing slashing damage. You take 16 damage. Oh boy. And then he has to make a dexterity saving throw against the flaming sphere on the end of his turn. Which he fails, so roll your fire damage. So if you go down to the bottom right in the chat, there’ll be dice. Your spell will deal 2d6.
Fire damage, so click on the D6 twice, and it will add two of them. And then you roll that. So you burn him for nine fire damage as his flesh smolders from the flaming sphere. Vincent, it is your turn. How are you doing there? I’m okay, I’m okay. But it did hurt. Look, Jesus Christ. I’m gonna shoot him twice. Alright, roll to hit. First, lost that problem. The first one does not hit. Second, good. You shoot fast, but not very accurately. Alright, Manny, it is your turn. You’ve seen the troll burning and being attacked by Wilfred and Vincent. I will cast Sacred Flame. Even though it’s not fire, it’s still probably the best I got at the moment. So that’s a AC dexterity. Saving throw. Yeah, Luna Sword, so I get like power to sacred flame. Oh, that’s cool. Um, so let’s see how does this work? I had a pallet spirit sign. Nice. Um, because you have the DC-14 saving throw for the troll. Uh, what saving throw? Yes. Um, dexterity. Fails. Okay, and then I can roll damage, which is this thing says it’s 28, but it should just be because you’re level 4. Yeah, because you’re level 5. Yes. Okay. Nice. Well done, Manny. Okay, there we go. Your light shines down on him burning from above. I told you, Fenn, you should have just left. And now, Wilfred, it is your turn again. I’m going to try to hit him once more. Do the same. Right, Savage. I love the Savage. I’m sorry if I’m a bit slow. Oh, you’re fine. No worry. We’ve all been. I know. Yeah, I will be also because I know we do not play spellcasters. Okay, I could. But just do a. Where can I find the Primal Savagery? It’s going to be under your spell tab up at the top. Oh, there. That’s. That does hit. Roll your damage. Well. Now you can just click on the damage tab on Primal Savagery in the chat. It’s going to be right above there. You go up to the next one up. There. A little more. To the next tab. Oh, here. Yeah. Yeah. There. Yep. You dig into him with acidic claws, dealing 10 acid damage. He reels back, now missing your second eye. Do you do anything with your bonus action? Let’s see. I step a step back. Yes. And that’s just your movement. Take a step back, but he will get an opportunity attack when you take a step away from him. Okay. It’s a good bonus action I have here. Since you’ve taken some damage, a good bonus action would be to cast healing word on yourself. Yep, let’s do that. There, cast a spell. We roll, you can roll. I will apply that healing to you. Would you like to do anything else on your turn? He can’t see me. Yes, but he can still try to make an attack. He’ll have this advantage. Okay, but I’ll. Yes. I will try to move away a bit. Alright. Shall I just move my character on the map? Yeah. He makes his attack roll. Disadvantage against you. And he does not hit you. And now it is the troll’s turn. Step forward, flailing about, and swings out with his long arms at Vincent. He misses, swinging blindly. Now, Wilfred, you can roll the damage for your flaming sphere again. D6? 2d6. He burns from the sphere. And Vincent, it is your turn. Oh, Vincent. Finish him. He’s looking horrible yet. He’s looking haggard. He can’t see. His limbs are bloody, but he is still angry and burning. Oh, no, I don’t. Okay. Honestly, my pistol is the best thing I got other than magic medical. How are you doing on hit points? Me? Yeah. Yeah, I’m okay. I’m 44. Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah. It got way more than me. I haven’t been hit. Yeah, I’m saying. That hits. And my second pistol. Oh. And take a few steps backwards. And that’ll be my turn. Alright, Manny, it is your turn. The troll is angry, has been shot, and is bleeding from its face. I think I. I might just.
Cast taken flame again. It’s a good one. And I don’t, you know, he’s the fels lot. So, uh, DC 14 Gux League go. Fails. Gold dancers. Ooh, that’s a lot. Heck yeah. Being seared by light from above, the troll flinches. Lilfred, it is your turn. Do you want some recommendations on what to do? Yes, please. I recommend you cast Starry Wisp, which is one of your cantrips. And then you use your bonus action to move the flaming sphere forward. So if the troll moves forward, he’s still in range of the flaming sphere. Oh, yeah. So let’s see. Let’s see it. I see. I just feel taken aback that it did damage to me before, so I’m like, I’m a little bit shaky. Let’s see. I’m going to move the sphere. How do I do it? It’s just kick on it or. So it’s a template that you drew. So you’re going to draw and you. So on the left, tie to your screen, you see the ruler underneath the little person icon over on the left side, all the way on the other side of the screen. Okay, oh, sorry, there. Yes. And then you’re going to go to the one underneath that underneath the person. So go up a couple icons and over to the left. That one. Yeah, measurement. And then you’re going to draw a circle template. How far can I draw it? I like, can I put it here or there? Yeah. You can move it as far forward as you want. I recommend you move even another one forward so that the troll will still be in it, even if he moves all the way up to you or Vincent. Like this? Yeah. Okay, thank you. Now it’s the troll’s turn. He bellows and goes charging forward right at Vincent, who has been shooting him in the face. Oh, he doesn’t like sh. Makes an attack with his long, wretched claws, and manages to get Vincent. The troll claws you for 11 damage. Then on the end of his turn, he makes his dexterity saving throw and fails. Wilfrid, roll damage for your flaming sphere. 2d6. As the troll attacks Vincent, he is consumed by the flames of the sphere. As it roars up around him, just completely engulfs the troll in flames. I was thinking to say. Yeah! Well, good work, team. Yeah, let’s go. Transform. On the token controls, you have to click on the little box to the right of it, and then you can move your token around. Okay. Can I look at do an investigation on the cart? See if you’re transporting anything. Yes. Inside the cart, there is a locked, large, locked chest. You don’t find anything else. Are you going to try to open the chest? Does it look like that one that Demon was describing? No, this one is much bigger. It’s a traveler’s chest. You could fit a whole person inside. Yeah. I have a feeling that this was a previous victim of the troll’s wagon. Probably. Yeah. We could see maybe that if it’s of use for us, so if it’s something we can return to a vault locker. It’s locked with a normal pin lock. So you can use your artificer tools to try and break it open. How do I do that? Try to open it. So for that, you’re going to roll your sleight of hand and then add your proficiency modifier to it. And it’s going to be the tinker’s tools that you are using. As you work through the lock, the chest clicks open. And inside, you see collections of small pouches, each containing gold coins and rings. Just troll cast about it. Rich. Is there any indication of belonging? There is none. Inside the chest, you find 58 gold pieces. Wow. And 18 gold rings. Split evenly, six gold rings. Yeah. Calculator. I love 19 once when I am. Yeah. Oh, nice even extra. Who wouldn’t want to open it? Let’s do it with us. Yeah. Yes, you do get sticks on the treasure. Yeah. We’ll split everything. There’s a gold ring worker. I get final DPD on the slide asking. So on DD Beyond, you can just make a gold ring item. Okay. Do I do anything to put the gold coins? Sorry. The rings. So, on your character sheet, you can add gold coins. You click on inventory and you click manage currency.
Add coins. Gold? Yes. I get 19? Yeah. What’s a third of a gold piece? I mean, we could create it. If we had to break it down and it silvers, then it would be like three silvers and five copper. Try typing it directly into the the window there. Yeah. There if I get three gold or nineteen gold just to make it easy. Because currency can get kind of wacky. Is it okay if we split it this way? Blame me. I mean, we found gold coins. Like, is it okay if we split it like straight up? 19? Yeah. Yeah, it’s gonna be uh ninety per yes. How do I add the rings? I don’t know how to do it off boundary. I did it beyond, because I just like that in it. Yeah, so on the DD Beyond, which I’ve already got. On there, you can go to inventory and you’ll click manage inventory. If I have to do it in DD Beyond, I can just do it in the Foundry. I don’t know how to do that. I mean, I do want the rings. Do we, if we’re doing it in DD Beyond, are they a custom item or is there already an item that exists that is gold ring? Yeah, you’ll do a custom item for gold ring. Do it in DD Beyond for now, and then we’ll sync it over to Foundry. Can you see my DD Beyond? Yes, I can see your DD Beyond. So you’re going to click on the inventory tab. If you go down from where you’re at, and then you’re going to go to Manage Inventory on the right. And then you’re going to hit Add Custom Item. And you’re just going to type Gold Ring and put in 6. Got mine. YouTube. Wilfred, if you like that interface better, you can just click on the little boxes where it says like plus 6 to insight, and it’ll roll automatically onto Foundry. Okay. That’s what I’ve been doing. I just like Libo. Yeah. This is prep. Okay, okay. I will try to learn both. Both of these are new to me. I’ve only ever done pen and flu games, so. Okay. I’ve never done a pen and paper game. I’m all in digital. Western on a town. See, even if I do it like virtual, I’ve always just made my own physical KFC sheet and I just tell the DM what I rolled. But I also like so DM believes me, ’cause I do not lie when I roll below ten for an entire session. Yeah, nobody would lie about that. Yeah, it was a real love. That is the game where I accidentally like destroyed an entire city. I got possessed by a ghost. It was a fun time. You know, because I said I killed an entire city. Alright, now, during sessions, I like to take regular breaks so people have time to go use the bathroom, eat something, whatever they want to. Would you guys like to take a break right now, so 15 minutes? Yeah, I was gonna ask that. Sure, yeah, that’d be nice. Alright, so we’ll be back in 15 minutes or in at 45. Okay. Sounds good. Thank you guys. I’m just gonna leave everything on. Yeah, you can just leave it all on. Yeah. See ya. Alright, if it’s okay while we’re taking a break, I’d like to do a little check-in if you’re okay with that. Yes? So, what have you been liking about the game so far, and what have you been not liking? What’s been frustrating, and what’s been good? I don’t know if there’s anything negative. I think it’s great. But I’m kind of kind of worried that my companions think it goes like slow and that I don’t really know where to click and what. That’s okay. That that’s part of being a new player and learning the interface. That’s alright. So that’s the concern I have. Otherwise, I think it’s like it exceeds my expectations for what I would do. So I think it’s great. I don’t know. But I’m just trying to take it all in. What do I see? What do we do? And then when you put me in, like, front of a choice, I kind of freeze. Even though I know there’s gonna be choices in advance, I know that we’re gonna do things together, and you’re gonna put me up like to do something, like with the devil-like creature. And still, I just freeze. So I’m like, I think I just need to loosen up a bit. Yeah. Be okay that it takes time. And like, I’m gonna ask for help to you. Uh, and I hope it doesn’t ruin the gameplay for the others. Yeah, and that’s just part of learning the game as well. In the beginning, it can be hard to make choices, and it can be really hard to figure out what to do when something’s happening. Yeah. And especially I think if when you when you’re new, like this is new playing, I get a feeling like that you also are not like fully comfortable with each other. Yeah, and that gets a lot better even just two or three sessions in.
Yeah. Hi. Right now, I’m happy with everything. Awesome. Alright, Vincent. I was just thinking to myself when I went out to I ate a banana and talked to my wife. And I was just thinking to myself, like, this was great. I’m going to finish after this. Like, this was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. Everything was slow, and everything was like, help me find this, please. Where do I look? It’ll come with time. It’ll especially with virtual games, just learning the different uh tabletops. Like, Roll20’s got a whole different uh site. Uh, my other group actually uses fantasy grounds, and she actually loves it because she can make items and put it directly into our infinite. Like I said, it drops them pretty neat. And if you would like me to do more, I can do more integrations on Foundry so that it’s smoother for you guys items. That might be good for especially like custom items and stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Because I’m always looking for ways to improve the game for my players. So anytime you guys think, oh, this would be cool if this thing was a certain way, tell me and I’ll see what I can do about it. Okay, Ruby. I get to plant roses after. Oh, fun. The computer builds went fine though. Oh, that’s good. Oh, you don’t use Linux? You have to use England. England is constantly. It won’t, it won’t. When I switch hardware, it won’t actually recognize that I have an authentic oak. How do you tell if your spell is prepared? Is it black dots? Let me look at that. Look at that. I think it is. Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah. Always prepared. Yeah. I couldn’t tell if you had Flamesphere prepared or not. And. Oh, I didn’t. And so on here, that’s alright, since we’re just learning it. So we can just say you had it prepared for now. Yes. But it’s the little golden icons or with the black dots that you have that are the prepared spells. Yeah. That’s what they will use. Yeah. Because we prepared other spells before session. Druid. The spells that are prepared and always prepared. I feel like most of these I read. Yeah. Deep with animals Thunderwave enlarge release. I was studying it the whole day yesterday, so it wouldn’t screw up. And any time you take a long rest, you can change what prepared spells you have. Oh. That’s one of the nice things about a druid is if you’re going to be encountering something in particular that you know about in the next session, you can just change up what you have prepared to be ready for it. There’s a spell for something used one level. First level. Okay. Slowly, slowly, slowly, it starts to fall in place. Yeah. I had a long conversation with my wife yesterday. We talked about the character, Rupert. And then we wrote the backstory. Yeah. And asked several different AIs to do an image. And I had so much fun. Yeah, making your character is always so fun. I love it. Yeah. You have a very sneaky cheek. Have a click on you. Oh, I can. I can show you that picture, though. Yeah. That’s serious now. Hey, hey. And if there’s ever something you want to see, I can pull up and enlarge any image on here. Okay. So, like, the troll, I can go here and show you the full portrait of the troll. Yeah, the troll is gnarly. Yeah, very, very nasty, Woken. But no, it’s just turned to dust. Yeah, so wait. Here, King. Oh, yeah, you get hit hard. Yeah, you remember hearing in the news about Hurricane Helene hitting Western North Carolina? Yeah. Yeah, that was in the middle of it. Oh. He was doing good, though. It’s weird to have it, because we’re from Appalachia. We don’t want to come. Yeah. I had one of my guys every dog saved her at five thirds of it. She walked in. That’s 20 minutes to gather all her stuff. Dang. Yeah. That’s one of the nice things about where I live is you see come like most natural disasters. That’s what we thought. Whizzes and floods every so often and wild eyes. I thought that was pretty infinite. Where I’m from, we get everything but hurricanes. I don’t think we’re going to need to play anything here. Where you guys live at? I don’t know, Idaho. I live in Sweden. Southern Colorado. Can we come over? You want to come to Sweden? Hell yeah. Yeah! Yeah, I come to other Minnesota.
So, you got a better. I do. It was pretty snakey in Minnesota. It’s pretty chill at the moment. Hopefully, it stays chill for the next couple of years. Yeah, he’s chill. I like him. He could have been OVP. Anyway, time to escape. Real life world. Yes. Yeah. The true reason for D. Exactly. Holy shit. Like my other DMC transit was. Oh, that is little. Yeah. She’s good. She’s optimistic. Yeah, she’s optimistic. Yeah, I couldn’t live in Florida. You know, like Florida and Texas are some of the worst places it seems right now at least getting hit by the logs and stuff going to the fact. Hit hard by that, hit hard by storms, hit hard by everything. Yeah. I like Minnesota. Nothing. We just stay safe, you know, a little bubble. That’s what I like about Alaska. No one bothers Alaska because it sucks. If I had a Jesus, I knew I had to be the internet connection. Oh, the internet in Alaska is great. That’s all you guys have. We have great internet, good shipping. Yeah. It’s funny. It’s cheaper to get order stuff off of Amazon because Amazon does like free shipping on everything when you have Amazon Prime. So we’ll do stuff like we’ll order tires for our cars and stuff off of Amazon because it still delivers for free. Hey, awesome. Nice. All right. Right now for me, I like, I tried to order stuff from the U.S., but everything is like double or triple the price. Ooh. A t-shirt was like $19, I think, for a band. And I thought, yeah, I wanted to get one of it. It was like $80 to get it to speed up. Oh, God. Actually, you guys have one of my favorite fucking fans all time, Sabaton. I love Sabaton. I’ve seen Sabaton. Oh, I’d love to. My wife doesn’t like him. I’ve learned so much about his partial influence meeting. Oh, nice. Alright, so now getting back to the game. Yeah. You have been traveling for a good part of a day after encountering the troll, and now you’re finding yourselves at the edge of the crooked crossroads. I have the crooked cost signal. Oh, you know, they tell it. This is black and white for a bit. So, the crooked crossroads is a city where people don’t believe in straight lines. None of the roads are built straight. The buildings are crooked and bendy. Oh, gosh. See, when everyone in the city is an adventurer, not many of them know how to build anything properly. I was going to say, I don’t see anything in this town. What happens in the Crookwood Crossroads is called Design by Survivorship, meaning it’s a good design if it falls down last. Okay. Yeah, I know we only have two pieces of business here. We have the provisional job that we were planning on inquiring about. And now a new job. Like, what time is it? Is it in the evening? It is in the day. You encountered the troll in the morning as you were traveling through there. Let’s go to the place the demon talks about. So, the place where you’ll find the Guild of Unwise Journeys is a dubious inn known as the Stolen Stocking. You guys want to go there? We could scope it out. I will probably need more planning before we actually do what we need to, but it could be good to get some information. Walk past the place. Get a sense. Yeah. There’s an inn, we could always stay there. I still have means of visibility and self that could be beneficial to us. As you pretend. We know how to find. Okay, sorry. Yes. In this town, it is easy to find the stolen stocking. It is one of those unusual places that just shows up on the street corner when you’re looking for it. Okay, guys. I guess this is it. There it is. As you come to the stolen stocking, you notice there are large crowds gathered around the bottom, clamoring to get in. And there is a great many people leaning out of the windows. Some of them fall into the streets below, only to go climbing back up the walls and getting back where they came from. Yeah. Can I get the attention of one of the people trying to?
Get in and be like, What is there an event going on today? Or what’s with all of the excitement? An old haggard man looks at you. It’s the Stolen Stocking. It’s the best inn in the city. No matter how many people cram ourselves in there, it just gets bigger to fit us all. As he says that, you see a new tower growing off the side. It’s a living building, something made from magic and strange choices. Huh, quite interesting indeed. There’s room for everyone in the Stolen Stocking, and drink and food aplenty. We can try it. I never can be optimistic about getting in, but we can try it. You notice the crowd that is going in is constantly moving, and it doesn’t seem that it will take long to get inside. Well, I guess we nudge our way in and grab ourselves a room once too. At a jumble of elbows, knees, and a few shoulders, you manage to make your way through the crowd. Inside, you see a tavern that is decorated with drunken bodies. There is drunken people everywhere, at the bar, at the tables, hanging from the chandeliers. Well, I see they like to get started early here. Now, from inside, even though there’s many windows on the outside of the building, you don’t see a single window in here, making it nearly impossible to tell what time of day it is. Ah, that could explain it a bit. It’s kind of sickle here. As you’re standing inside, people are flowing around you like water, and a woman walks up to you and says, Well, what are you looking for today? Drink, food, rooms? All the above. Yes, I do believe all of the above would be quite nice. Would you like a private room or a drink down here in the gallery? Private room, I guess. Yeah. All right. She leads you across the bar to a wall, and as you approach, a door just merges from the wall. In here is a private dining room for you. Should put three, maybe more people. Lovely. Well, thank you. As you step inside, you see a long table extending far, far beyond where you can even see off into the distance. But there is no one else in this room. Just well, it definitely looks like it could fit three or four more. I wonder. The waitress looks at the three. What would you like to eat in the stolen stocking today? What’s on the menu? Yeah, special. Today’s special is roast boar and potatoes. I do like potatoes. What would you like to drink? We have beer, cider, and wine tonight. Cider will be alright, or do you have anything non-alcoholic? We have water. We have apple juice. We have… Oh, it’s something we made. We’re not sure what to call it, but we took some syrup and some honey, and then we mixed in some spices. Okay, I will have one order and one spice mix drink. One spice drink and one water. I will take the apple juice. You see her walking over to the wall where taps sprout out, and she opens a cupboard that was previously invisible, pulling out glasses for each of you. Out of the same tap, she pours each different drink. She comes quite magical. It’ll be just a minute on the food. No worries. Thank you very much. Do you have business in the city? Yes, we have a couple jobs we’re here to take care of. I do suppose you are looking for the Guild of Unwise Journeys, then. We may have some business with them. I will send in a representative to talk to you. Thank you. Like weird. I never see anything like this. Oh. Well, it’s the Stolen Stocking. It’s one of the most unique places in the world. I can see that. Yeah. You don’t get a reputation in the crooked crossroads for nothing. So I’ll send in Thomas. He is a guild representative. Thomas Briggs is his name. She goes walking out and leaves you with your drinks. Okay, I’m gonna try this spicy thing. Yeah. Oof. Jesus Christ. As you drink it, it tastes of ginger and mold wine. Oh, if this is for me, I’m gonna stick to the water. There’s no alcohol in it, but it is a very peculiar flavor. It was this Jesus Christ that he’s speaking of. Oh, I just elder would friends all always said that. I have no idea. As you are talking, you blink, and suddenly there are plates of roast boar and potatoes before each of you. Oh. Alright. As you are sitting, you’ll see the room slowly shrinking till it’s a little more cozy and not so extreme.
Expansive. You could easily fit ten more people in the room, but it no longer looms off into the distance. Yes, it does seem not familiar with this type of magic. I haven’t seen it before, but seems it fits to meet a need. Now, from the side of the room that has just shrunk in, a door appears. And a short man walks through it, a little gnome. He’s wearing a long, pointy hat, has a long, twisted mustache and a long, twisted beard, and wears long, twisted shoes. Walks in, looks at you. You’re looking for the guild of unwise journeys? Yes, severe Thomas. I am Thomas. Could you tell me what business you have today? It’s gonna sound kind of weird. We were approached by a devil creature. Yes, as happens. He says you guys have a chest that belongs. We didn’t sense any lies. Oh, I think I know who you’re talking about. Tall fellow, wings and horns. He’s probably met him where he had knocked a tree over in the middle of the road. Yes, I this is regular occurrence for travelers making their way here. Yes, he tries to get everyone to make a deal with him. Um what was the specifics of your deal? To bring the chest back to him, how is this? Uh did he say just the chest, or did he mention that you have to bring an item with it? Or did he just ask for the chest? Just the chest. Okay, then we’ll give him an empty one. He might see through that. Oh, he might see through it, but we’ve gotten him with this about six times already. Oh, he’s not very smart, is he? He is not smart, but he is persistent. Oh, my friend here made a deal, so that’s why we’re trying to be as peculiar. Well, we can give you a chest. And what other business do you have? We know of a job about getting an artifact from the North. Ah. From some cultists that had it, and we were told it might be worth us in retrieving it and bringing it back here to the crooked crossroads. Yes. It is a peculiar artifact, this one. If I do believe I know what you’re talking about, it is made for the resurrection of the dead. Well, you’re gonna have to go to a dangerous dungeon, fight some dangerous people, do some dangerous things, and do some dangerous things again. It’s a whole lot of danger and not a lot of reward, but it is worth it in the end. I’m looking over at you guys, like to do the chest thing. Do the dangerous thing. Well, we probably do need to get. I forgot to ask the demon fellow about what sort of timeline we’re working on. Don’t want to delay so much that our souls get taken. Nor did he try to discuss a place where we would be meeting him. Maybe he will be finding us. Um well, you just stay in the stolen stocking for a few days and he’ll pass through. But he said he could not visit here because of some other deal. Oh. He doesn’t tell the truth very much. Um you see what he can’t do is he can’t get the chest directly from us. So he will lie and say he can’t even get near us or anything, so he doesn’t have to help. Ah, I see. I didn’t get it in the sounds of his lying, though. Oh, that’s because he is a a twisty feller. Unless you cast some specific magic on him, he can lie as seamlessly as any. It’s a bad thing, those Cambians. They can lie much better than most people can breathe. Always be wary when talking with a demon. If you don’t have magic to force them to tell them the truth, you won’t know otherwise. I probably should have gotten some work from a devil check. What? We’re getting ourselves into. Oh, don’t mind. He’s mostly harmless. Can we see if Thomas lies to us now? Yes, roll insight. I could assist him, could I? Yes, you could. I would give him advantage. Since he’s giving you he’s assisting you, on the left of normal, you’re gonna hit advantage, and it’s gonna roll two die and you’re gonna take the higher one. Yes. Oh, Wilfrid, with your experience with liars and those who tell the truth, you can see this is a fairly truthful man. He hasn’t lied to you yet, and everything that he has told you can be easily verified with another person in the stolen stocking. Please please take the chest back. Yeah. But if it comes by here in the United States, we could just stay until he comes here. True, we can stay. We can stock up in supplies for the job up north, but it does seem like that would be quite the
Challenging endeavor and dangerous. You best make sure we’re going in ready for that. Yes. Thomas. Yes. I forgot my question. Give me two seconds. Doesn’t matter. Like, how do doesn’t Norman take like a locked chest? Do we just give him an Eskimo and he goes away? Not only that you’re not going to be able to do that. He did mention the chest is magically sealed, so I don’t know if he needs that if it means that faster for him to be accepted as completing our end of the deal. Ah, well, we can give you a stole a sealed chest for that. That would be wonderful. I just want to make sure we’re meeting the end of his deal through the wording and not getting ourselves in any further trouble with him. Yes, well, he does have a habit of making deals with people who pass through the crossroads. Almost every unwitting soul makes a deal with him. Does he actually have the power to steal our souls? No. I think unless you absolutely give me a sense of the money. That’s one of his intimidation tactics. He says he’ll take your soul. I should have saw it. I don’t know why I did. Well, the animals nearby seemed quite afraid of him, so that seemed like proof of his power, but. Yes, but how much does it really take to scare some animals? That’s true. I have met a very good bullfrog once, but he may have been an outlier. I didn’t know that. Anyway, so if we just take this chest back, do negative effects on it. There shouldn’t be. Let’s do that. That chest will be fifty gold. Could work it down to thirty. Oh, if you can do some side business with us, we can give it to you for free. Oh, what kind of side business is it? The artifact. So, from what I understand, you’re heading up towards Aberfeldi, correct? I think that’s where you guys were needing the question. Well, we have some business that needs attending to nearby there and along the way. So, if you could accept a few tasks to complete for us, we can give you some good pay and the chest as a little token of our appreciation. Do we get to know what tasks we are agreeing to? Yeah, what kind of posts? Yes. Well, that depends. What are you good at? Well, I spent some time in the military and clandestine stuff, and I’ve pretty good with a pistol. Pretty good with a pistol, eh? I should lie now. I’m oh, go ahead. My name’s I have a decent number of magics to my name, as well as I’m fairly decent at getting into places where I might not necessarily be allowed. Okay, sneaky. I think I have a way with the animals of course alike. Well, we have a few things that need attending. I do hope you’ll be able to help with them. They’ve been such a bother for the people who asked for our assistance. See, they’ve been digging up lots of bones near a particular bridge, and we need to find out why. Uh, the humanoid bones, uh, bones of animals, they are human bones, but they are very old. But we need to figure out what is happening and why they are appearing underneath the bridge. Where can we find this bridge? Can I do a history check to see if I know the coal trees I might know? Yes, this bridge is in between the cooked crossroads and Pato Creek. Rule your history. You recall Chiltern’s tale of something that has to deal with bones, but you don’t remember the details of it. Vaguely, that it messes with time somehow. Sadly, all we just gotta do is observe it. Now, south of Alberfeldy, in between Aberfeld and Dupree, there is a problem they’ve been encountering. The scarecrows have been coming to life. They are climbing off their posts and going and hunting through the fields. That’s awful. Hunting birds or uh hunting birds, hunting men, hunting everything they find. Oh dear. But they only move during the full moon. How long after the next rule walk? Oh, three weeks or so. You should get there in time. Um, do I, with my lunar sorceriness, do I know of any moon-based spells or effects that could be causing this? Roll Arcana. I can dare like that. Yeah.
How do you the same? Sorry. Well, I can do it pretty. Open up my campus sheet. There we go. So you recall a spell the hags used to use to animate things during the fight. However, you don’t think what he’s describing is quite right. You think they might be falsely associating the full moon with the moonlight. The scarecrows can probably move any time the moon is out, but only go hunting when it’s the full moon. Hmm. I do know some similar magic. He might be more active than we think. So I’m sure if he went there, we’d be able to see something for us. So yeah, we fucked that one up. Sounds like a couple of jobs we could do and then come back. It’s just profiled as stupid. We can hold on to the chest for you and just deliver it to the demon when he comes in. That should soon be. If you are sure that we’ll fulfill our deal, I see no problems with that then. Yes. You made the deal, Wilfrid. This is your choice. Yes, I think you’re the most affected. Yeah, let’s do this thing. Are there any more things, Thomas? Yes. There has been a strange, wicked thing happening in between Aberfeldi and Ballader. There has been a painting that every time someone goes missing from one of the nearby villages, their likeness appears in the painting, frozen and terrified. Kill them? We don’t know if it kills them, but we definitely know they go missing. So we’ve got missing villagers, phone, scarecrow. Or pay fifty gold for them. I think the scarecrows might be here of three. Uh, Thomas, are we doing all three or just one of them? Well, that’s your choice. Each one pays around five hundred gold. No. But if you complete any of them, we’ll take care of the chest for you. What do you guys say? Can we do one and come back, see if we can do the other? Yes, but it is a long journey to each of them, so I recommend taking care of all of them and then heading to Aberfeld. Yeah. But working with the message. I feel fairly confident in that. We have we have associates in Aberfeldi who can let let us know that you’ve completed the quests. Okay. Which one is closest? The closest would be the issues of the bones. Well, I guess we can start. We can just take all three jobs and do that one first. Next question I have is: if you have any healing potions we could buy at this country. Right. Make a charisma check. I can try and help. I mean, as we will be doing work for you, it only seems fair that we receive a company discount for the work we’re doing, assuming we will be using these potions to finish these quests for you. We’ll persuade you. Alright, here’s my little check. Oh. Well, I can give you a bit of a discount. Sounds helpful. What would be pricey? I can sell you healing potions for 29 gold each. Are these the standard potions or yes, standard healing potions? Now this is a good deal, though. Normally 50. Yeah, that is pretty good. Yeah. I’ll take one. I take one too. I will also purchase one from you. Do we think that will be enough? Even we don’t necessarily have a healer in our group, although I know some of us do have healing abilities. I don’t know if we’ll find much. Depending on where we’re traveling, we might not have time to restock along the way. I’m not sure if we’ll get as good of a deal in other places. Well, you can restock in Peterkree and Aberfeldi. They are fairly decently sized towns and should have supplies available. So just added them. Abstract gold. Yes, just add it and subtract your gold. I forgot I picked. I was still a bit hurt with the fight earlier. Yeah, we stayed tonight. Can we stay here a night? How much is it? Yes, it’s one gold a room. Best price in town. That’s good. Yeah, that’s me. I’ll cover it. Oh, nice. Well, thank you kindly. Okay, I apologize right back. It’s okay. Let’s take a short five-minute break and then we’ll come back. Okay. Coolie. Okay, I am so sorry.
You guys hear me? Yeah, I think we’re just we’re doing like a five-minute break, so we’re just all right. I couldn’t hold three bottles of water before good to hydrate. Ahsoka. Sale them all. Sorry, my German shepherds. She’s my baby girl. I got my hound just sleeping next to me. He’s being good for today. He’ll see that, maintain. Hopefully, I did not chase it. She was fuck wild last night. Actually, I gotta put the hero for Ahsoku. Right now, she’s terrorizing our black cat. Oh, gosh. There she is, with the black cat. Kidding question. Oh, oh, crashes. Are they normally pretty good buds for her? Uh, yeah, mostly. We our friend got the cat from a forest in South Carolina like maybe a month before Helene, and which she couldn’t take care of her, so we got her in about two weeks right when her eyes opened. Oh, wow. Ahsoka, leave her alone. Had to bottle feed her and everything. Dang. That’s some pretty hard work taking care of kittens that pets that young. My wife did. She’ll still nurse on your fingers. Hilarious. That is cute. My family’s cat that I had got when I was like fifth grade used to try and nurse on the family dog, but not understand of what location we’re just like nursed on to Eas and yeah. It’s funny. Mm-hmm. The dog was there, thank you. Yes, I see you down. I will save you. You still got an hour before you get fed. All right. So, would you guys like to wrap up in about 30 minutes today or go longer? Maybe for me in 30 minutes. Actually, probably now. I think today now will probably be the stopping for that. If you all want to stop here, we can stop here and then continue next week. By the way, we’re not in the middle of combat. Either way’s fine with me. I’m okay with something here on it, but I’m okay to go a little bit further too, so you can be. Alright, we’re gonna stop here then, and then we’ll be back next week at the same time. Yeah. You too. Thank you guys. I hope you have a good day. Oh, yeah, you do. Good weekend. You? Well, goodbye, guys. Yep, goodbye. I’ll probably post weird stuff in the chat because I’m a sort of fly. Well, that’s what the chat is for. I’ve already posted my dog. Would you like a pet channel? Oh, that’d be fun. All right, I like pet channels, and then you can pay the dog cash whenever your pet disrupts the street. So for Jay, you pay the pet tax. Yeah. Do they sleep often together? Uh, not often. What’s their name? Uh, the German Shepherd is named Ahsoka, and so guys we have to say. Alright. You all have a great week. Yep. Goodbye. Bye. Bye-bye.
